Hello everyone,

My wife and I are looking to meet other Real estate families with kids ages 0-6 to meet & hang out, other ages welcome as well if they enjoy small kids company. I have 2 daughters, one is 1.5 years old and the other one is 3 years old.  We currently live the Broward county in Florida, Hollywood FL area.

While the kids play we can talk real estate! soon we'll be traveling to Oklahoma city to look for real estate, we would love to meet growing families there as well.

Lets meet up and hang out.

Quote from @Mary Smith:

Hey @Carlos Florez

We've been using Innago for the past few years now and we absolutely love it! The best part is that the software is free for landlords and they still provide a very impressive bundle of features. I would recommend that you test several property management software solutions, to see which one fits your business needs best.

Thank you Mary! no one can beat Free!!! :) I checked Innago out, looks good and seems to have everything I needs for now.

I appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Hello Jasmine, thanks for your answer. for background check I use Smart Move by Trans Union, so far that has worked well for me. Which software is better for accounting and bookkeeping, tenant been able to pay rent through the website and being able to report and request maintenance work orders?

Thanks in advanced!

Thanks @Mike S. @Charles Carillo

Yes, agree, I know a revocable trust alone does not provide asset protection, just anonymity, But Garret Sutton, writes in his book you do get asset protection as well if the beneficiary of the trust is not you personally, but an LLC.

Can you please give me your feedback about this strategy?

Now my question is, In Florida, a husband and wife LLC is considered Single member LLC, which doesn't give you charging order protection. But if I include my 2 daughters on the LLC, so its 4 of us, does it become multi member LLC?

Please advice.
