Section 8 Investors Help

Are there any section 8 investors with experience in Houston, Tx that can sit on a call with me and explain the details of the process which seem very obscure to me. Also open to out of state investors (we could use zoom).

I know everyone wants to see the thread to get the knowledge but I have a lot of questions. I promise I will write up a summary of my findings at the end and share with the community.
