Oregon Investor, just moved to New York City

Hi All,

My name is Matt and I'm an investor (mostly SFH and small multi) from Oregon. I just moved to NYC and most of my portfolio is located back in Oregon. Wondering if anyone has a good real estate meetup in the NYC area that they recommend. I'm located in Manhattan and didn't bring a car (as most people don't here) so the closer the better. However, traveling out to other boroughs isn't that tough. Would love to connect with some other investors in the area and see if I can offer any value while also learning the lay of the land a little bit. Thanks!
