Hello BP Members,

We are most concerned with the Portland laws favoring tenant rights rather than the landlord?

Professional experience is necessary before we move forward.

Would you encourage WA instead?

Cheers,

Jeffrey Baxter

Not sure if my posts are able to be viewed as I am not a Pro Member yet?

Good Day BP Community,

We are about to begin our first exterior renovation, of a historic home, by Onegoodcarpenter.

The 2nd business is to BRRRR small multi-family properties (2,3,4 units).

This niche is our starting point, to create wealth investing in BP mentoring services.

Out-of-state opportunities are welcome too.

This is very exciting and looking forward to creating our team of professionals.

Cheers,

Jeffrey Baxter

Good Morning BP Members,

My intent today is to reaffirm the value of cold calling, be it using the cell phone, in a seminar, food shopping, or any place where you have an opportunity to introduce yourself and your company services, etc.

We all have a story and most folks would like to share it or listen to one that is sincere, professional, and passionate.

Your communication needs to be brief to get your message across in a short time (20 - 30 seconds).

Fyi - Studies have revealed that the mind constantly wanders. If you do not create interest quickly, you likely will lose your prospect's attention.

Fear - seems to be the consistent reason many have not developed this invaluable communication skill.

Tip for you - Starting any conversation with a simple Hello.

Cheers,

Jeffrey Baxter

PS  Love to share my story as well with any that has an interest.

Goal -  Looking for small multifamily residential properties, that are in a decent community, in any state.

Hello BP Professionals,

Presently, we are reviewing a geographic area 50 miles from our home, to connect with these property owners and or managers.

Specifically, multi-family property up to a 4 plex at this time.

I am very flexible and value the potential of greater success with a team of professionals.

Goal - Build an Unstoppable Real Estate Portfolio with the "Core".

Cheers,

Jeffrey Baxter

PS  Love to get your experienced suggestion to "out of state properties" in our niche.

Good Morning BP members,

1st contract.  1870's home, exterior projects:

Renovate the existing open front entry porch, to increase the size and add a hip roof.

New large deck (11' x 28' and 8' off ground) switchback stairs.

All new siding to match.

Fyi - The age of the house (not the location) is historic. This required a great deal of time to work successfully with the local commission. The owner did an outstanding job.

Btw -  This is an example of the tremendous VALUE we deliver and is our trademark.

Love to chat about all projects you may be considering.

Cheers,

Jeffrey Baxter

Hello BP Community,

The next step for me is to become a Pro member.

Goal - Network with professionals that are experienced with: Buy and Hold, Buy and Sell of single-family, duplex (2,3,4 unit).

Background - 41 years of extensive experience, skill, and value with all styles of homes and Commerical interior tenant up fitting. Successful creative problem solver, working within the footprint, budget and time frame established.

If you offer remote support, I would be most interested in discussing this as well.

Cheers,

Jeffrey Baxter

PS   Oregon CCB construction contractor license application is now completed.

Hello,

I am most concerned with the current landlord/tenant rights issues.

Flipping properties is challenging enough without the unique limitations here in OR.

Fyi - I am also free to start up my business in another state. A remote business structure, maybe the best way?

HELP - please, feel free to offer your comments.

Searching for these specialists:

Private money

Banker

Realtor/ broker

Real estate attorney
