What are everyone's thoughts on using a smart lock for a long term rental?  If you do use one, any recommendations on brand?

@Aaron Sallade I use Schlage home. The lock line "encode" has built in wifi. All my properties where this is appropriate pop up on one app. For STR or semi -STR—-It's great!
