Appliances - pros and cons of providing

As renter, the units always had appliances. I never thought twice about it.

Now as a landlord, I’m faced with a decision to provide appliances or let the renter provide them.

To define appliances, my scenario calls for a refrigerator and a range.

Do the pros of landlord provided appliances outweigh the cons?

What are the pros?

What are the cons?

@Jordan Greek What do you think the tenant pool will be with no supplied appliances especially if they are moving from another rental. They will have to spend additional money to buy appliances, pay your security deposit and and pay rent. I think your tenant pool will be zero. Supply the appliances and save for future repairs and replacement.  Assume 2k for the appliances. I use 12 years as lifespan. $2000/12 years/12 months in a year= $14 per month for replacement.
