As renter, the units always had appliances. I never thought twice about it.

Now as a landlord, I’m faced with a decision to provide appliances or let the renter provide them.

To define appliances, my scenario calls for a refrigerator and a range.

Do the pros of landlord provided appliances outweigh the cons?
