Bathroom door latching but not locking
Hello
My new tenant brought to my notice that bathroom door knob is latching but not locking, is it time to replace with a new door knob? Appreciate your inputs.
Thanks

Sounds like you need a new $12 door knob.
Tell him if he wants to swap it out you'd be happy to reimburse him for the part or you can send your handyman over to swap it out.
