Looking for referrals for deck replacement in Sonora, CA!

I'm helping out my folks who right now are in the market for a deck replacement on their rental property.

If you happen to have a referral for someone who could complete this work, that would be great! A few additional details, it is an approximately 500 SF deck that is elevated (2 stories). Their priorities are safety, to use as much of the existing structure that can be kept, and to find a cost effective solution.
