Purchasing First Property

Adom Osei-Tutu
Posted

Hey Everyone,

I just gained an interest in buying and renting out homes. I have been thinking probably a duplex. As of right now, I have no money saved up for it, but I was going to take a loan. I'm not necessarily in a rush. I gave myself till December 2022 to Purchase my first property. Any advice on how you went about purchasing your first property. In the aspects of business loans and the timeline which you gave yourself.

Thank You.

Try not to get stuck in analysis paralysis.

You could get into your first property by house hacking and get it for 3.5% down.
