Greetings guys!

My wife and I are newly married and looking to relocate out of NJ.

What are the best resources out there for determining comparable rental prices in my area other than reaching out to an agent.

We want to rent out our condo and trying to configure a fair competitive price.

    Try Padmapper or Zumper.   Enter your location and what type you are looking for 2+2 etc. and it will bring up units close to your location and give you the asking rate.
