Right now , I have two SFH rental properties. Both are currently rented. I just spent about $5,000 total on both properties to remove some trees & chain link fencing in the backyard and had it all hauled away. Both properties had a bunch of trees/shrubs growing along the fence line and growing through the chain link fence and looking at it, it just looked bad/tacky.  So I had all the trees cut and hauled off and it looks like a whole new property!!!. looks very nice with just seeing a privacy fence vs nothing but trees.  anyways, i was wondering if that was a good decision.  in total spent $5,000
