Using RentPrep in Kentucky/ Does not pull from Criminal Databases

In the past I have always used Zillow for background checks, most leads came from there and it was easy plus I felt good about them being able to re-use the app for 30 days after they ordered for other landlords.  I felt the credit screening was lacking though since it just gave a score and some basic info.  I don't expect perfect credit and am looking for the Goldilocks not bad but not perfect either where they are set up to buy soon.  Using RentPrep I have been able to screen for people on the rebound who have made timely payments over the last year and feel better about it.  What does concern me is that their site states they don't pull criminal databases from several states including KY which concerns me since that is where the rental is.  I reached out to customer service and they were great and assured me that while it doesn't pull from the database they process it by hand which made me feel better and also explained the delay in results.  That said does anyone in KY have any experience where they have found criminal records in KY just to give me some peace of mind.  These are B+ to A- properties and I don't want to risk bringing in trouble to a good neighborhood.

It is because of the way KY courts reports to those agencies, I had experienced some troubles with our third party screening company that we use for screening applicants and they explained to me that in order for something to go on the report that is pulled by those 'quick-pull' reporting agencies 3 pieces of information must match (i.e. Birthdate, Name, & Social) and in KY a lot of courts do not report birthdates when reporting criminal charges thus leaving those charges off of the report that we are seeing. It is unfortunate but I am of the understanding it is an issue with courts and not the screening companies.
