Bad Section 8 Tenant

How about Section 8? The government pays her rent in full but she cannot keep up with her utilities bills. Like water is already shut off and trash is putting a lien on my property. I did an inspection and found out that she doesnt live on the property. I mean she uses the house as her vacation home and she is most of the time in Los Angeles.

Section 8 sent an inspection the other day and found no water so they told her 24 hours to put water back on or you will lose your voucher.

Would you evict her?
