Dishwasher noise, new tenant complaining

So, I've got a new tenant and they don't like that an older dishwasher makes a lot of noise.  It works really well and unlike newer washers, really cleans the dishes.  Would you replace with a newer, quieter model?

If it makes noise because it's older, and not somehow defective, I would politely tell them no. If you change it, they're going to keep asking you for stuff month after month.
