Clean up after trauma in house

We were contacted early (1 am) this morning by the police letting us know our tenant had committed suicide. We spoke with his wife his wife this morning and she's of course very upset so we just want to make sure we are doing everything we can as landlords to help make this process go smoothly for her.

We've contacted Servpro to clean up and I've also got an email into our insurance agent to see if our policy will cover the clean up. Anyone have experience with this? Did your insurance cover it or will the renter's insurance policy cover it? Obviously we have to pay it if insurance doesn't cover the expense, but it would be nice if they normally do.

We aren't sure at this point if she will want to stay in the house. They were actually wanting to purchase the house from us so I'm not sure how that will work.

Is there anything we are missing that we need to do. This is a new situation for us and just want to make sure we handle it correctly.
