Ok to allow tenant to store a grill on the back porch/patio?

One of the house rules and regulations ezlandlordforms.com gives me the option to choose to put in the lease is:

"Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used or stored on any patios, porches, and/or landings."

My unit is a rowhouse and I don't see a problem with a tenant storing a grill in any of these areas behind the house (not in front).

Is there a problem with this I'm not seeing?

The heat and or smoke from the grill may affect the porch cover above it.  You allow one to store things outside you are now setting a precedent.  While low probability of a fire it is higher then if you don't allow it.  Just google "grill catches house on fire" for good times.  Also looks like there is a vinyl window there too.  Make sure you have proper liability / structure insurance in place if you allow it (even if you don't!) and make sure there is a waiver as part of your lease.

And I know you used the word "store" in your title but hopefully you know better right?
