Does anyone know what Yardi is & where I can learn more about it?
I'm new to Real Estate and self educating myself on property management. Is anyone familiar with Yardi?
Yes. It's a property management software, typically used by professional companies. Yardi Breeze is the version used for residential rentals and it's $1 - $2 per unit, per month. There may be additional fees tied to it.
Are you looking for software to manage your own rentals, or to manage for others? How many units?
@Nathan G. thanks for replying. Eventually for myself and others. But currently I'm new to Real Estate, I'm a PA REALTOR, and educating myself on property management. So the goal at the moment is to manage for others.
There are multiple Yardi platforms. The best one is Yardi Voyager 7s. I have 10+ years experience with it. It costs a lot and it is mainly customized to the client's needs. They don't have a set price.
@Simon W. thanks for the advice.
@Junard Lane Depending on how large of a portfolio you’re talking about I personally think Entrata is much better
