1 bedroom/1 bath vs family friendly units
For multi-family landlords..do you have a preference between 1 bed/1 bath units versus 2+ that are more family friendly...particularly in downtown areas?

Depends on the location and the numbers. I tend to shy away from 1 bed if what is common in the area is 3 beds. Would always buy a 3 bed in a 1 bed area though. No real favorite though as it all depends on the area and numbers deal by deal.
