Leasing an apartment to do Airbnb

I was wondering if anyone has any experience leasing an apartment in Nashville Tn and listing it on Airbnb? I’ve heard of people doing it before but I’m having trouble find an apartment complex that will allow me to do it. If anyone knows of somewhere that allow it or has any advice I’d appreciate it.
