I know this is a bit of a stretch with the market as hot as it is but does anyone have to have a list of foreclosures for houses in and around the Nashville area ?

I was wondering if anyone has any experience leasing an apartment in Nashville Tn and listing it on Airbnb? I’ve heard of people doing it before but I’m having trouble find an apartment complex that will allow me to do it. If anyone knows of somewhere that allow it or has any advice I’d appreciate it.

I work as a boilermaker but I’m wanting to know how to wholesale houses as well and I was wondering if there was anybody around Dickson and Nashville TN who does this and might be able to walk me through doing it.
