is this home warranty good deal

I got a home-warranty quote for one of my rental property.  $1875 for 6 years with VIP membership(can use my own contractor), covers all the appliances/roof and transferrable.  But I have to pay upfront $1875 where as one year is $499.  Is this good deal ?
