Rent Payment Website Suggestions-- NOT Tenant Cloud

I'm super small time with only 3 properties but I was thinking I would like to start offering my tenants a way to pay through one of the rent collection websites that are out there.  I chose Tenant Cloud and oh boy I made a mistake. Here's what I hate so far: the website has so much going on -- it's confusing to look at or know where to go.  I spent way too long trying to figure out how to even set up payments because of all the extra gizmos. They automatically sent a connection request to the tenant before I was ready for it to be sent. And finally the verification they do - first they wanted my license, then my EIN paperwork-- and the last straw they tell me that in order to pay rent they will require my tenant to provide a photo ID.  That's over the line.

I just want a simple site where I can enter in the property and the tenant can go make a payment.  That's it. I don't mind paying for this service.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good site for me or is this pretty standard?

Thanks everyone!
