Does anyone know how many units you can have as a live in Landlord and still get primary residence financing in South Carolina and North Carolina?

Rob Nies , everything I've ever read says that 5 or more units would be a commercial loan. I think that's certainly gonna be the case with conventional lenders... maybe a local bank doing portfolio lending would see it differently.
