Apartments.com v. Zillow.com for managing a small portfolio

A huge number of people used Cozzy for a small portfolio. However, it appears that Cozzy merged with Apartments.com. I also checked Zillow which seems super easy to deal with. If anyone has used these two property management applications, I would love to hear which one you preferred and why. Thank you!

Just an update, I decided to use apartments.com and have been using it for a year now, and I am pretty happy with it. So far my tenants seem to like it and I definitely love the constant updates on payments, the reminders for lease end, the tools to renew or create another state-specific lease, and the ability to keep everything organized in one platform. However, I want to be clear that this platform has not been effective in driving traffic when I was leasing. I use it in 3 different properties and so far, I get nearly all the leads from Zillow.
