The transition to full time RE investor

Who else has been able to quit their W2 job and transition to full time real estate investor?  It's a great feeling!

3 years ago I started the journey of learning about REI. The BP podcasts were actually what got me into it.

Fast forward to today and along with my partners and investors, we own over $10M worth of real estate in the greater Milwaukee area.

To those that are just getting started in this space and feel overwhelmed..keep grinding! I'm here to tell you that owning cash flowing real estate will change your life.

Congrats Brock! I hope to be there too someday...is there one thing locally that you found extremely helpful?
