AC broke down, big turnoff of prospective tenants?

Hello,

My AC broke down in my rental unit which is vacant, the technician won't be here for up to a week to replace a part. I think it will be a big turnoff for prospective tenants, how to best handle this situation? I am expecting at least five of them this week. Appreciate your inputs.

Thanks

Hi Peter,

I don't think it will be a big deal with getting it rented as long as it will be repaired by the time they move in. If you think it will be too miserable and hot when you show it, you could just bring in a portable cooler as a temporary measure.
