Surveying Company Recommendations in NYC Area

Joshua Fabian
Posted

Greetings,

My name is Joshua and I currently live in a two family property in the Queens NYC Area in which my mother is the landlord. Unfortunately, we do not have proper legal documentation for an ongoing parking space dispute.

At the time of purchase we had a car gate connected to the side of our house as well as a full garage for one vehicle in our backyard. At the side of the house before the gate there is a drive way between our house and our neighbors house. However, several years ago the neighbors put a gate that prevented us from using the shared driveway, and have used the full driveway solely for themselves.

My mother and our family did not have a car at the time and chose not to dispute it. However, today my younger brother and I work full time Jobs and are in need of a convent parking space.

Any information on how to resolve our ongoing parking dispute or recommendations for a great surveying company would be greatly appreciated.
