Rental Property Manangement spread sheet

Hi BP community,  Does anyone have an excel spread sheet that they can share for financial tracking and managing a small protfolio of rental properties.  I can just be a simple one,  I don't need to analyse properties for purchase but properties I currently own.  I think it just needs to track current rents, payments, financing, taxes, property management, expenses, insurance etc.  I would like to be able to compare returns between properties, get a better understanding of statistics I don't get right now.  Cap rate, Internal rate of return etc.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
