Short term rentals St. Cloud

Hi everyone,

I have a property in St. Cloud MN that is interesting. It is only licensed as a single family and to convert it to a duplex would not be worth the expenses to make the basement up to current code. It used to be licensed as a duplex but the current owner lost the license so it would have to go through the whole process again. I was wondering if anyone knew the rules and regulations for Airbnb or short term rentals in St. Cloud. I’m considering renting it as two separate units on Airbnb and was wondering if that would be allowed. Does the city have regulations on that?
