drop the property management company

Do I have to take over a property management company when I purchase a property with renters already in there? The property management contract with existing owner does not state it????

@Charlene Ipalawatte the PM contract is with the prior owner. You have no obligations to them. Give the tenants new payment instructions when you introduce yourself in person or otherwise.
