Reduced rent for maintenance
First, I know many reasons why this is not a good idea...but, I am doing it anyway.
I am renting my home to an acquaintance of mine. I have offered to reduce the rental rate in exchange for him agreeing to maintain the property and take care of any maintenance and repairs up to $500 per incidence. I have a list of items he has to maintain regularly.
I am wondering if anyone has a lease addendum that covers such an arrangement.
