BP Community.

Trying to continue to succeed in a hot housing market. Sold one of our SFH, nice proceeds, now I want to venture into Co-living Renting in order to cash flow despite the high asking prices. We are searching Tampa bay area, my projected numbers do work. Would anyone be interested in sharing some first hand knowledge about landlording a CO-LIVING SFH. I have spent hours on the internet researching already. I have a basic business plan for it... please reach out.
