4 units all metered separately, all one bedroom. 

Basement - $850 plus hydro

Main floor- $750 plus hydro

2nd floor- $650 (caretaker) plus hydro 

3rd floor- vacant but can rent for $750 plus hydro.

Landlord pays for heat and water. Water is approx $350 quarterly Heat is approx $130 a month equal billing for the whole building. 

Taxes are $2200 a year

Shingles updated in 2016 

Insulation and siding 2016

Boiler 2006

Windows 2000-2021
