I'm a little confused by the background and credit check. It shows that he has a residentscore (transunion) of 750, yet it shows a couple of negative line items. It seems like he filed bankruptcy 2 years ago. Why is his residentscore or credit score so high? I would think the bankruptcy would have lowered his score. He makes 3.5 times the rent. The bankruptcy is the only sticking point.
