How to Find 30+ day corporate renters in Los Angeles
Hey all!
I am hoping to rent out my condo unit to corporate tenants that would be staying for 30+ days but not more than a year. I heard a couple BP podcasts in which the guest told of targeting these sorts of potential tenants, but I don't know where to begin. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
