CT Standard Property Management Fee

I was wondering what the going rate is for property management fees in CT. I am looking around in the Hartford area and wanted to make sure I was incorporated the right numbers in my analyses, since i'll be looking for a property manager once we acquire another property. More specifically, I am looking for management fees as a percentage of rent, turnover fees, and any other applicable fees.

Thanks!

I am not sure of this, but make sure to look at the added fees. I think an all in # I saw when looking was ~12-15%.
