Houston TX Rental Market

Hey Bp!

New to San Antonio Texas area. Recently relocated out here due to a job promotion. Currently looking for deals in Houston area.

What are some good areas in Houston to buy rental properties? Can someone point me in the right direction. Lookin for B or C class properties that can at minimum meet 1 % rule.

Right now, it may be a little hard finding a 1 to 1 rule, it’s a sellers market.

Taxes are going up and the market will correct itself soon, be patient and there will be more homes available hopefully towards the 4Q.
