Info on Corporate Rentals

We have been looking into corporate rentals recently, and would like to know more from anyone who has experience with them.

Our area has some apartment buildings that are corporate rentals and they are always completely booked with a wait list. We figured there would probably be a good likelihood of demand here for that type of rental.

Any tips or advice on the subject are greatly appreciated, and specifically, what is the best way to break into this industry?

We have one long-term rental and one Airbnb, so we are fairly new to real estate investing. We are looking at a lot of different options and just want to find the best cash flow option for us for our next purchase. thank you all in advance!
