Hey all, I’m a prospective investor in the Kansas City area, just trying to get more information. Do you charge your tenants for lawn care? Do you provide it for free? Do you make them take care of it? Thanks for any information!

@Nathan Yarnell My policy has been that the tenants take care of it for a single family home. I handle it (paying someone to do it) for my multi-family properties.
