Hey everyone, so I’ve drove past this house for a couple months and it looks vacant. Overgrown grass/trees/plants etc. It’s in a great spot of town (Kansas City) with tons of houses going up around it. How or what is the best way to find out who owns the property? Thanks in advance!

@Noah Cull I’m from Lenexa, currently saving and looking for my first property. Also I have 15 years of experience in operating equipment. So if you have any problems or questions concerning, grading/drainage/tree clearing/ piping installation Id be happy to offer any advise/knowledge I have.

@James French Hey James, I live in Lenexa, my W-2 job is a heavy equipment operator, I have over 15 years of experience in grading, piping installation, tree clearing, and any other activities with a bulldozer, skid steer, back hoe and loaded. If there’s any questions you think I could help you with please ask! I enjoy helping out!

@James Barnes Thanks for the input! My thoughts exactly, since this is my first property/properties, I’m really being conservative with my analysis and numbers. And I understand I’m not gonna hit a home run starting out, but also just don’t want to start out in a hole if I can avoid it!

@James Barnes That’s my thoughts, I put all of those things in my assessment and explained that to her before the return email. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything that’s why I asked the good people here!

@Lars Andersson I appreciate that perspective Lars, hadn’t thought of it that way but I’ll take that in consideration for sure going forward!

@Naftali Green

Thanks for the input, yup I’ve lived in the area the majority of my life and have been researching thoroughly the last 6 months. I was really taken back when I received her email, that’s why I thought I’d ask the smart people of BP if I was missing something!

@Llewelyn A.

I appreciate the input! That’s an interesting way of thinking that I hadn’t approached.
