Hi all,

I am looking at a property in Big Canoe to use for an airbnb and vacation home whenever it makes financial sense. The short term rentals potential income looks good for us so far. One concern I have is if/when the pandemic effect is way down or gone, would that affect short term rentals for places like Big Canoe? It looks like the demand for vacation homes within the country increased alot with the pandemic which limited how much people were able to travel outside the US. 

Anyone with insight in Big Canoe please share.

@Matt Humps - thank you. I got the estimates, but one thing I didn’t see is the estimate for 5-6 bedroom. Do you have any experience with section 8 rentals?

I am looking to buy rental properties focusing on Section 8. I am looking at Cobb county (Smyrna, Marietta, Austell, Powder Spring) in Georgia.
I'd like to estimate the voucher value for the potential properties I am looking at. Is there a way or a place to find the voucher value, what would the government pay.
