Section 8 Experiences

I'm looking to connect with someone that implements section 8 in their rentals. I know there's plenty of negative stereotypes of that way online but there's also a lot of success stories I see. You don't know what you don't know but from my own research I feel if done right with tenant vetting and good management of the yearly inspections and other tasks it could be very profitable. Anything contributed would be greatly helpful.
