Tenant not communicating
I have a property in Houston, TX and a property manager for that property. My tenant has not paid rent for the past 5 months and is ghosting my property manager. While I understand this is a tough time for all, would like to hear advice about what to do when tenants are not responding and have even blocked all communication with property manager.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Your property manager should really be telling you what they intend to do to remedy the situation. That's what they're there for. The by the book answer is that you proceed with the eviction process.
