I am in the process of renting out my property and screening tenants. So far the applicants that are coming in are unemployed but have housing vouchers that can cover 100% of the rent.

I am new to housing vouchers so curious what ppl think about this.

Appreciate any insight.

Can anyone give me resources about purchasing a storage facility in the DC area? Curious if there is anyone here who would know how to get started.

Post: Property managers in Houston

Anyone have recommendations for property managers in Houston? Specifically in Katy!

Looking to purchase a duplex in NC and searching for mortgage lenders. Wanting to see if there were recommended ones that people are familiar with.

I have a property in Houston, TX and a property manager for that property. My tenant has not paid rent for the past 5 months and is ghosting my property manager. While I understand this is a tough time for all, would like to hear advice about what to do when tenants are not responding and have even blocked all communication with property manager.

Any insight would be appreciated.
