What is your vacancy on Airbnb rentals?

I am in the process of purchasing in an expensive market and am experimenting with 2 or 3 cash flowing strategies to take advantage of a really good appreciating market. I plan on purchasing a SFH 4 bed 3 bath home and would like to run the numbers on converting it to an Airbnb via a property manager. How much vacancy do people experience using this strategy?

Hi @Andrew Freed, I found Airdna to be a useful site for this calculation for my personal journey.  It tracks well with what I have heard from some Airbnb specific managers in my area and was so easy to use (the free functionality, I haven't messed around with the paid stuff).
