Planing a small construction 5-6  ( 4 plexes) project in the Ocala area. Looking for a General construction contractor in the area with excellent track records with similar projects. 

Thanks for input. I saw few properties there but I was stunned, how many multifamily properties are in this small university  town on sale.  Rent relatively cheap as tons of rental available. Lots of competition. I will carefully analyze if any thing makes sense. 

What are your thoughts about multifamily rental properties in Tallahassee. I see tons of properties on market. I visited the city and noticed  there were hundreds of rental properties. I felt very saturated MARKET. I am not sure if all the students will return to university campus for classes. I think a good number of students will stick to online classes. This means many jobs related to students will be lost and less renters. If you know the market please share your thoughts.

I have three condos and 3 town houses. All rented. They have home owner insurance. I am trying to transfer them to LLC for protection. I was told by Gieco properties will loose Umbrella coverage if transferred to LLC. Home owners insurance said, if transferred to LLC then there will be no liability or medical coverage. What to do now? any recommendations.

I have 4 rental properties. I have umbrella insurance by Geico. The properties and umbrella insurance are on my name. I was advised to create LLC for asset protection. My question is: do I need to transfer my properties to LLC name and then get a new umbrella insurance on the name of the LLC? Or I can keep properties and umbrella insurance on my name and use LLC as renting renting entity only.
