Software and Strategy
I'm researching Landlord, maintenance, and accounting software. Is anyone having luck with TenantCloud and Quickbooks as a combo? Are there better alternatives?
Bonus Question: what is a good habit for when I go to improve my tax strategy later-on?

@Teresa Conner My choice is Tenantcloud since it's integrated with Quickbooks Online. So I can synchronise my accounting data into QB anytime. That's pretty convenient.
