Hey BP! I am looking to acquire some rentals in the Memphis Tennessee Market.

I am in need of Portfolio lenders, Property Management, and even a General Contractor.

BRRRR deals are very hard to come by lately, even in Memphis. The areas where you will have the best chance for finding them are in C class areas. CB Properties is who I use for property management.  I have other referrals for other areas you are looking for, send me a PM. Good luck !
