Happy to see the Stimulus Bill currently in Congress will have Renters relief. Landlords wanting to help Renters pay rent should help renters sign up for the Government Rent relief that will go directly to landlords' bank account, and renters then no longer owe us. they now would owe the government, to Qualify a Renter must claim Covid-19 hardship and sign app landlords must help most do it to collect. https://www.latimes.com/busine...
